Cindy joined Ipes as HR Consultant in October 2017 and became HR Director in January 2018.
As HR Director, Cindy is responsible for establishing the HR framework and context at Ipes, ensuring that these support the Code of Conduct. She provides advice and guidance to the senior management team and is responsible for developing and implementing business-appropriate HR policies and practices across the Group. Cindy is also responsible for the leadership and management of the HR team, formulating and reviewing HR strategies appropriate to Ipes’ mission and goals.
Cindy has held a number of UK and international HR Director roles in professional service firms including Deloitte, Brunswick Group and CBRE. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
