Andrea joined Ipes in 2015 as an HR Administrator in the Guernsey office.
As a Senior HR Administrator, Andrea is responsible for the recruitment processing across Ipes’ five office locations. This includes processing information for new employees, amending details of current employees, and accurately maintaining the Ipes Group HR database. Her other responsibilities include assisting line managers to understand and implement Ipes’ policies and procedures
Prior to joining Ipes, Andrea worked in HR for the States of Guernsey, and has previously gained experience working as a HR Administrator at Rothschild.
Andrea has a BA Hons degree in History and English, and is due to complete her Level 5 CIPD in Human Resource Management by the end of 2017.
