Rimple Goel is training to be an accountant and has been recognised for her outstanding exam success.
Rimple has been honoured by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (“CIMA”) after gaining the fifth highest mark in the world for her F3 accountancy paper and achieving the tenth highest aggregate mark in all three exams.
The CIMA is the largest professional body of Management Accountants in the World with 172,000 members and students in 165 countries.
Commenting on her success Rimple said, “I am overwhelmed! I never thought it was in the realms of possibility to achieve what I have, with limited study, a busy schedule at work and a small child to look after. Ipes has been very supportive and without their support and understanding I wouldn’t have been able to do it.”
Ipes’ Group Head of HR Rosanne Spurrier said, “We are very proud of Rimple’s success which is testament to her hard work. At Ipes we actively encourage our staff to undertake professional qualifications and support them both financially and through providing time for them to study to attend courses. The majority of our staff are either professionally qualified or working towards a qualification.”
To mark her achievement the CIMA presented Rimple with a letter of Commendation congratulating her on her world ranking.
