New Business Administrator - Guernsey

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory applications for General Partners and Fund set-up process
  • To assist in successfully on-boarding clients within the launch deadline meeting client take-on expectations
  • Assist with the production of New Promoter files, checklists and collation of information required to obtain compliance approval
  • All work undertaken complies with the Fund’s documentation and relevant regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering regulations
  • Ensure smooth handover prior to first closing to Operations Team
  • Draft Services Agreement at take-on
  • Follow Company procedures at all times
  • Liaise confidently and knowledgably with the clients daily
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Undertake bank account applications


  • Preparation of board meetings, draft minutes and table all relevant documents

  • Undertake company secretarial tasks

  • Respond to client and third party queries

  • Undertake general administration tasks for the new business team

  • Maintain the various registers for the team's clients

  • Help on matters relating to customer due diligence

  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping/accounting

  • Good numeracy and IT skills

  • Accuracy

  • Ensure correct recording of revenue

  • Communication with team

  • Time management

  • Team player
