Provide efficient and professional support to the Human Resources department, Systems Trainer and employees regarding learning and development activities, policies, processes and procedures. The L&D Administrator will possess both excellent organisational and communication skills, have a proactive and professional approach and work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all L&D administration processes to include:

  • Managing the scheduling of all learning programmes, internal and external training courses

  • Running the end to end process for learning and development, including all logistics - room booking, checking trainer availability, delegate call-up and course confirmations

  • Supporting the trainers with production of training materials

  • Tracking training activity and recording key MI ensuring that audit trail and training history is complete and up to date, to include cancellation and evaluation data

  • Booking and recording all external training

  • Recording and updating professional qualifications

  • Liaising with the Marketing team to get exam successes onto the Ipes intranet

  • Overhaul the induction process and materials in liaison with relevant stakeholders

  • Manage induction and new starter processes on an ongoing basis

  • Managing and booking employees on to the in house training tools

  • Liaising with the Finance team to ensure all training and subscriptions are paid and recorded correctly

  • Tracking and monitoring training spend, ensuring alignment to budget

  • Supporting management and reforecast of company training budget

  • Capturing and analysing key data to demonstrate return on investment of training initiatives

  • Supporting training delivery, facilitation and follow up activity

  • General administrative and ad hoc duties to support the Human Resources team as well as the Systems Trainer

  • Documentation and maintenance of L&D processes and procedures

  • Challenge administrative processes as appropriate in order to implement more effective ways of working
