Administrator - London

We are looking for an Administrator to prepare administration and other related admin activities driven by client needs and to ensure that all processes undertaken are in line with the Company’s procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Administering investment / divestment transactions, call and distribution processes and managing the related cash transactions, in line with standard Company procedures

  • Preparing payments in line with standard Company procedures

  • Undertaking company secretarial tasks including attendance at Board meetings and preparation of Board meeting materials

  • Responding to investor and client queries

  • Liaising with external parties (Investors, banks, auditors, lawyers etc)

  • Undertaking general administration tasks for the team’s client base

  • Maintaining the various registers for the team’s clients

  • Assisting in matters relating to customer due diligence

Staffing specification

  • Confidently liaise with clients
  • Accuracy - ensuring that all work sent to clients/investors reaches Ipes' accepted professional standards
  • Competent with Excel spread sheets and Microsoft Word
  • Work as a team member

Training requirements

  • Commitment to develop a strong understanding to undertake the wide spectrum of administrative tasks of Private Equity and Fund Administration
