Key Responsibilities

  • All work undertaken complies with the Fund’s documentation and relevant regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering regulations

  • Follow Company procedures at all times

  • Liaise confidently and knowledgably with the clients daily

  • Proactive approach to problem solving

  • Respond to client queries within agreed SLAs

  • Ensure correct recording of revenue

  • Communication with team

  • Time management

  • Team player


  • Administer investment / divestment transactions, call and distribution processes and management of the related cash transactions, in line with standard Company procedures

  • Prepare payments in line with standard Company procedures

  • Undertake company secretarial tasks including attendance at Board meetings and preparation of Board meeting materials

  • Respond to investor and client queries

  • Liaising with external parties (Investors, banks, auditors, lawyers etc)

  • Undertake general administration tasks for the team’s client base

  • Maintain the various registers for the team's clients

  • Assist in matters relating to customer due diligence

  • Good numeracy and IT skills, including competency with Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word
