Richard Grainger - Chairman
Richard was appointed as Chairman to the Board of Ipes Guernsey (Holdings) Limited in January 2009.
He has worked in the City of London for more than 25 years and was Chief Executive of Close Brothers Corporate Finance Limited for six years. Richard qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse.

Kevin Brennan - Chief Executive
Kevin Brennan joined Ipes in January 2007 as Chief Operating Officer, rising to Chief Executive in March 2008.
Previously as a Partner of Mourant, he was Head of Operations for the Equity Compensation Solutions division, where he supported the global implementation of senior executive and mass employee based incentive and equity related savings schemes. Clients included a who’s who of the corporate world including Exxon Mobil, Vodafone, Shell, General Electric and Sainsbury.
Prior to this, Kevin was the Operations Director at Saga in the UK and a board member for 7 years. Kevin was also involved in the delivery of strategy planning at Lloyds Bank Plc for two years and spent 13 years with Nationwide Building Society in various management roles.
Kevin is a regulated person with the GFSC and JFSC and in the past has been an authorised individual with the FSA. Kevin is a very experienced Company Director and sits on numerous Guernsey based GP entities representing client interests. He also holds an MBA from Cranfield University.

Gavin Hayman - Chief Financial Officer
Gavin joined Ipes in April 2009 as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer.
Outside of his pure financial responsibilities he is involved in promoting the group to prospective clients and implementing and monitoring strategic projects both internally and externally of a finance and non-finance nature.
Previously, Gavin was Technical Director of Porton Capital based in Hong Kong and Dubai, a private equity fund manager where he was responsible for the day to day management of US$200m+ of funds together with reviewing the investment portfolio, the legal aspects relating to group structure, investments and potential exit vehicles. Gavin is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) having undertaken his training with PriceWaterhouse Coopers’s Financial Services division based in London.

Barry McClay - Operations Director, Guernsey
Barry joined Ipes in November 2004 and is currently Operations Director.
As Operations Director, Barry is responsible for leading the client service teams; reviewing and updating the Ipes operational platform; and performing quality service reviews with clients. In addition, he is a director on a number of general partner boards of leading private equity funds. These funds represent some of the major names from the UK, Europe, USA, Asia and Russia.
Prior to Ipes, Barry worked in the private equity administration department of Northern Trust for five years. He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI), having undertaken his training in an Irish audit firm, and holds an MBA from the University of Manchester.

Justin Partington - Commercial Director
Justin Partington joined Ipes in March 2010.
As Commercial Director, Justin is responsible for delivering the group marketing strategy to expand Ipes' profile in key markets, diversify its product range, and grow the revenue base. Justin joined Ipes from a London based Fund Administrator, where he headed the Private Equity department. Prior to that, Justin was a Director at UBS Fund Services in Toronto. Before UBS, Justin was the Financial Controller for the Cayman back office of Swiss Life Private Equity Partners.
