Ipes Luxembourg wins Constellation III German Asset Light mandate

Independent Swiss private company, Constellation has selected Ipes as the administrator for its Constellation III German Asset Light Fund.

The fund, which will focus on investing in growth companies in the service sector in German speaking Europe, reached its successful final closing in early December 2011.

Ipes Luxembourg will provide a complete range of services for the fund, including domiciliation, central administration, registrar and transfer agency services and the provision of directors.

Constellation chose to work with Ipes following a competitive tender process involving a total of four administrators.

Ipes commenced operation in Luxembourg in 2009 and has since gone from strength to strength. The firm is servicing ten clients and a range of investment fund and Soparfi structures.
