Ipes launches listed funds offering

Ipes, a specialist provider of fund services to the private equity industry, has been accepted as a category II listing member to the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.

Established in Guernsey in 1998, Ipes today employs over 120 multi-skilled professionals across offices in London, Luxembourg, Jersey and Guernsey. We work for more than 70 clients, with more than 300 funds and 5,000 investors and have in excess of $36bn of assets under administration.

With 11 years experience in the private equity industry, we have built up a wealth of experience in the establishment and administration of funds across the private equity asset class.

Our comprehensive service offering supports clients throughout the lifecycle of their investments including fund launches, fund accounting, corporate services, and investment processing and investor relationship.

Through our membership of the CISX we are now able to assist clients with the initial listing of their funds and the associated ongoing obligations.

Maxine Robins, New Business Manager and Ipes Director, Sharon Alvarez will be leading the launch of Ipes’ listed funds offering. They will be responsible for taking on listed funds and building the listed funds team as demand for the offering grows.
