Ipes and Legal Week join forces to promote successful Administrator/General Counsel relationships
Ipes is sponsoring the Legal Week Private Equity Forum.
The event is being held in London on 21 April and focuses on managing risk to ensure success in a changing market place.
Ipes will be hosting a panel session during the conference which explores the key success factors for an effective Fund Administrator/General Counsel relationship.

Now in its fourth year, the Private Equity Legal Week Forum will bring together some of the most senior private practice and in house lawyers from across the European Private Equity market.
Topics planned for discussion include macroeconomic analysis and its impact on the private equity market, the latest thinking on tax and employment law and how to strengthen the Administrator/ General Counsel Relationship.
