Ipes UK commenced operations in 2006. It is now 20 people strong and the team is comprised in the main by qualified and part qualified accountants and administrators.
The office provides a full range of fund services for general partners wishing to outsource some or all aspects of their back office fund administration.
It also has specific capabilities in activities including fund accounting, the administration of carried interest and co-investment schemes and the design and implementation of investor reporting.
Ipes is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. As such we can act as an operator for unregulated collective investment schemes within the scope of our permissions.
