With a population of more than 90,000, Jersey is the largest of the Channel Islands and a well established international finance centre for banking, trust and funds business.
The Island has been a prominent player in fund services since 1960. In December 2012 the net asset value of funds under administration was more than £192bn.
Jersey offers a high degree of flexibility in terms of fund structures making the jurisdiction attractive to both fund managers and investors. The introduction of Unregulated Funds in 2008, to expedite the process associated with the establishment of fund vehicles for fund promoters, has further added to its appeal as a domicile for alternative investment funds.
Established in 2008, Ipes Jersey offers a comprehensive range of fund administration and outsourcing services.
A full-service operation, Ipes Jersey is 20 people strong with specific expertise in the establishment and administration of funds domiciled in, or administered from, Jersey.
Ipes Jersey is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) and a member of the JFA.
