As a local graduate, you will be familiar with the benefits associated with life in Guernsey. However, if you’re considering a career here after university some questions you might have may be whether you will gain comparable skills and experience here versus a city based career in the UK or beyond, will you get the right training and in the longer term what are your career prospects?

Our graduate trainee scheme offers local graduates the opportunity to develop a career in finance. The 12 month programme provides you with the opportunity to work in a number of teams across the business enabling you to learn the different aspects of the administrator role. At the end of the scheme, you will be appointed to a specific client team and will begin studying for a professional ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) qualification.

Am I the right fit?
We are looking for local graduates who:
- Hold a minimum 2:2 degree
- Have an interest in a career in financial services
- Are open to new challenges
- Are committed to learning and want to gain a professional qualification
However, there is no set mould. Our people come from diverse and varied backgrounds, yet share a common goal in providing first class client service.
