Established in 1998, we have a 14 year track record in the industry and have built up a wealth of experience through working with our diverse client base. In the 2010/11 Lipper Fitzrovia Fund Encyclopaedia, Ipes was ranked as the second largest fund administrator in Guernsey based on assets under administration.
We are unique in that each of our locations is run as a full service operation, staffed by Ipes people, working to Ipes process maps and using Ipes technology. In our view, we cannot rely upon third party name plate operations or joint venture arrangements to deliver the consistently high levels of service our clients expect.
We believe transparency is an essential part of building trust with our clients. To this end, we charge on a variable basis and all our workflow is tracked and reported via our in-house systems.
As a specialist provider, Ipes has invested in an industry leading platform which we supplement with proprietary technology, that is unique to us. Ipes has made a strategic decision to specialise in the private equity industry and the closed ended asset class. This specialist focus has enabled us to invest in the development of our team and our systems so we can operate as an expert partner to private equity.
Private equity is built on a partnership model based around long-term relationships built on trust and expertise. We have applied this ethos to our client relationships and describe our approach as 'partnered in-sourcing' - essentially working as an extension of a client’s back office.
